I had a little mishap with my rear bumper while backing into a parking space. I looked at body shops in my area and Bumper Doc popped up. They're located right in the Subaru dealership on CFL parkway and OBT. The level of professionalism and courtesy by this shop was amazing. Their work is impeccable, my car looks brand new again.
This place is fabulous! My teenager accidentally backed into my car leaving a good sized dent. Being a single mom, the thought of finding honest auto work is one of the worst jobs ever. I walked in without an appointment, and Omar was awesome. I felt comfortable and treated fairly. Best yet, the car looks perfect. Hopefully will never need to go back, but if I do, this is directly where I'll head!
My car doesn't "wink" anymore thanks to Bumper Doc. Honestly when you go to a bumper place and get car work done... you expect.... the damage to be fixed. That's a given. But what made them excel is their customer service. The staff are super friendly, very good in communicating updates and following up. Thanks guys. My car looks great!
Went here for a repair to peeling paint on a BMW X3 and interior leather upholstery repair. I was truly impressed with their integrity, professionalism, affordability, and finally, workmanship.
They are military friendly as well. I never thought I'd say this, but this is actually an automotive repair shop who you can trust.
